Each person may hold only one neo69 account. Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited without prior notice or compensation.
All neo69 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, maximum bet restrictions, and eligible game restrictions. Bonus terms are displayed in full before any offer is claimed and cannot be altered after acceptance.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. neo69 reserves the right to request valid Indonesian national identity documentation (KTP or equivalent) before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account age or transaction history.
neo69 employs automated fraud detection across all accounts and transactions. Any activity deemed to constitute fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or manipulation of game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All neo69 members have access to deposit limits, session time controls, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools at any time via their account dashboard. neo69 is committed to supporting safe and sustainable play for all members.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.
By accessing, browsing, or using the neo69 Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered Member or as a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Access to and use of the neo69 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced: neo69 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by an underage Member will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in full.
To access the Services, you must register a neo69 Account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any detail changes.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the neo69 Platform at any time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, balances forfeited, and the underlying primary Account may also be suspended depending on the circumstances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. neo69 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
neo69 is committed to responsible operation and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: at first withdrawal request, upon significant deposit activity, if fraud is suspected, or as part of routine compliance review.
Acceptable identity documents for Indonesian members include a valid Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP — Indonesian national identity card), a valid Indonesian passport, or an equivalent government-issued photo identification document. Additional documentation may be requested to verify the ownership of the payment methods linked to your Account.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding KYC documentation has been submitted and verified to our satisfaction. neo69 targets KYC review completion within 24 hours of document submission during normal operating conditions. Complex cases may require additional time.
Document Security: All identity documents submitted to neo69 are encrypted and handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal identity documents with third parties except as required by applicable law or our licensed payment processors.
All deposits to a neo69 Account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through one of the approved payment methods currently listed on the Platform. Accepted deposit channels include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The maximum single deposit amount and applicable daily limits are displayed in the deposit section of your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and Member tier. neo69 does not impose a fee on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of neo69.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your neo69 Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to any variation permitted at our discretion or required by technical limitations. All withdrawals are settled in IDR.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal processing targets are as follows: standard members within five minutes during business hours; Gold tier members and above effectively instant. Processing targets are not guaranteed and may be affected by KYC status, active bonus wagering requirements, fraud review, or technical maintenance.
Important — Withdrawal to Own Account Only: Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. neo69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Requesting a withdrawal to an account belonging to another person is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
neo69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the neo69 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any Balance or pending withdrawals may be forfeited:
neo69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, that fraud or criminal activity is involved, that the Account security has been compromised, or that regulatory compliance requires such action.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the severity and nature of the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach — for example, at the Member's own request — the remaining real-money Balance (excluding any active bonus funds) will be returned to the originating payment method within seven business days.

All content on the neo69 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and compiled code — is the property of neo69 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of neo69. Unauthorized use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of neo69's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
neo69 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
neo69 does not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and identity verification services) is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and is used solely to enable the services you have requested.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neo69 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: betting outcomes, game results, technical failures, unauthorized Account access, or reliance on any information published on the Platform.
neo69 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and third-party network failures may cause temporary unavailability. neo69 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime, regardless of duration.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of liability, neo69's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by neo69's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by neo69.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming law as applicable to the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the definitive version.
neo69 encourages Members to resolve any dispute through its internal complaints process in the first instance (see Clause 18). Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of a formal complaint being submitted, Members may seek resolution through an independent dispute resolution body as designated by the Platform's applicable licensing authority.
Note for Indonesian Members: Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the neo69 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. neo69 does not provide legal advice and cannot be responsible for changes in Indonesian law that affect the legality of a Member's participation.
neo69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, neo69 will notify Members by email to the address registered on their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect.
Changes that are required by law, regulation, or licensing authority directive may take effect immediately without advance notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page will be updated each time the Terms & Conditions are revised.
If you do not accept any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
